SALON POLICIES

 

The salon offers each guest a chance to relax in a peaceful setting. Please be courteous and respectful of others when speaking on your cell phone. Please avoid having electronic devices on speakerphone or playing aloud in the salon.

 

*Prices are subject to change

*Cancellations not made within cancellation policy guidelines will be charged  50% of service booked.  No new appointments will be accepted until fee is paid.

 

*Please text me at 617-620-7419 when you arrive for your appointment and I will let you know when it is okay to enter salon.

*Hands must be sanitized when you enter the salon.  

*No guests allowed.  

*If you are feeling unwell and/or have Covid-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment within cancellation policy guidelines. 

Please know that we are here for you and will continue to do our part to keep you safe and provide peace of mind during your salon experience at the Hair Lounge. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Currently accepting Venmo, Zelle, Google Pay and cash as payment methods.  Thank you for your cooperation.
